INSTRUCTIONS
NOTE: Please DO NOT put positions - other than GK. Please DO NOT put "#" before the jersey numbers.
1) Please order in alphabetical last name order.
2) Don't forget to add your team name on the top, your City and State under that, and lastly, the Head Coach and Assistant Coach names.
3)
Please put your team name and Age Group in the Subject line of the email.
4) Email to: admin@rageshowcase.org
Deadline: June 30, 2010 - you will
not be included in the Showcase Program if your rosters are not turned in
